I kind of forgot to post April's photos in April, oh dear me, so, I guess now is as good a time as any.
April Photographs
Monday April 5, 2013_Cindy and I drove out to Andersen's Pea Soup Restaurant located along the Pacheco Pass for a little visit with Cindy's sister, Christy, and her brother-in-law, Don, as they were driving from Arizona, where they spend half the year, to Oregon, where they spend the other half.
They had just purchased a new rig and OMG were they thrilled. It is pretty stunning even if I know I'd have much difficulty living in one despite the fact that it really is kind of nicer than my house.

Christ, Don and The Rig!

Left Photograph_Tuesday April 16, 2013_Grocery-store boredom_I am patiently waiting at the bank machine for it to give me money by taking photos of the next door ending machine where all the little creatures, both animal and human, are waiting for someone to win them and take them home.
Right Photograph_Thursday April 25, 2013_Fathom Events Presents Star Trek: TNG Season 3 to Bluray!!! They showed the double episode where Picard is taken by the Borg. Fantastic!!!

Tuesday April 30, 2013_Books and vids
Exploring Hubble and My Favorite Universe are beloved repeats on the viddie front.
The End of Eternity by Isaac Asimov was my bookclub pic which, frankly, didn't go over very well. These are NOT softcore science fiction women let alone hardcore. Live and have preconceived notions confirmed :(( Paradiso by Dante is the third book in his The Divine Comedy, the other two, Inferno and Purgatorio, I read last year.

And May Photographs
Saturday May 11, 2013_David, Franceen, Paul, Lauren and Martin. We met with Paul, Franceen and Martin, the Anderson's, at yes...The Spaghetti Factory, for dinner (we got to sit in the trolly car!!!) before we headed off to the theater. We hadn't seen the Anderson's in probably nine years so it was wonderful to catch up with them.

Left Photograph_The Adobe Building we walked by on our way from The Spaghetti Factory to the theater. The little logos change direction constantly, which is fun, but this photo also gives an idea of downtown San Jose.
Right Photograph_The Center for the Performing Arts where we saw Billy Elliot, which we loved loved loved. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

Left Photograph_Thursday May 16, 2013_Waiting-for-Lauren boredom_I took this closeup of new foliage while waiting for Lauren to come down from her dorm room...and waiting...and waiting.
Right Photograph_Saturday May 18, 2013_IBM did another of their taking over a theater and showing a movie and this time, it was Into Darkness. They had rented four of the theaters and David, Lauren and I had a wonderful wonderful time. That IMAX logo seriously sucks.

Waiting-in-line-for-the-theater to open boredom_a photo of the empty inside.
