At this time, I feel absolutely torn into so many fragments, negatives and positives, each warring with the other, like Platoon's young private or corporal.
There are still times when the desire to go back to the old way of living, be it last week, or last year, or ten years ago, or even a comparison, of what I think it was is at war with my new skills and way of looking at the world. That is, to me, what Rhah calls, “possession of our souls.”

Maybe take that paragraph, enlarge it, print it out, and post it somewhere that you'll see it daily and use it as your inspiration. It inspires me!! Life can only be lived one day at a time. Congratulate yourself for those days where you treat yourself better than in the past and those where you don't, forget about them and move on. I know. Easy to say, harder to do.
My husband has used Dragon and says, while it will save you many keystrokes, you will still need to edit and learning it's commands is very important, but all and all worthwhile. Let me know how it goes for you.
